Restorative Approaches Training

The course materials for my Restorative Approaches Training have been independently assessed and accredited by CPD UK

​

Aim:

To demonstrate the benefits of Restorative Approaches compared to traditional systems of behaviour management and policies.

​

Objectives:

To explore traditional school based systems of rewards and consequences and if they change behaviour. Establish values for the school / service.

To understand how crisis occurs and value in restorative practice in maintenance of relationships and changing behaviour.

Time

2 hours level 1 - plus 2 hours level 2 if needed

Cost

£350 per twilight minimum and days negotiable
